Services and prices
Each listing defines its scope, area or length allowance, relevant surface options and exclusions. Prices are in USD. Choose the correct specification for your property. Buying multiple units does not automatically expand a single visit; combined scope must be agreed. No stock level or service availability is implied by a listing.
Service area
Our proposed local on-site service area is within 100 km of Tournon-sur-Rhône, France. On-site availability outside the local area requires separate confirmation. Travel arrangements, any additional costs and the scope of work must be agreed separately before an out-of-area visit. No additional amount is charged without your agreement.
Payment and acceptance
Submitting a purchase request authorises the agreed payment through the payment method provided, where payment processing is available. A request or preferred date does not by itself confirm an appointment. Acceptance, site suitability and service timing are communicated separately. Any change of scope, additional travel charge or different price requires your agreement; no extra charge is authorised by these terms alone.
Processing and fulfilment
We coordinate service requests within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Our daily processing cutoff is 19:00 Europe/Paris local time, which follows local seasonal time changes. Requests after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin their processing period on the next business day. Processing is the time used to review and coordinate your request, not a promised service-completion date. Preferred dates are requests only; a visit is confirmed separately after access, location and scope are checked.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and address details, authority to request work at the property, safe access and the preparation described on the relevant service page. Tell us about damaged or delicate surfaces, hazards, access limitations and active nesting wildlife.
What cleaning can achieve
Results depend on surface condition and the type and depth of staining. Cleaning does not repair structural damage, coatings or deterioration. No complete stain-removal, permanent weed-control or plant-health guarantee is offered. The remote assessment is general guidance from supplied photos, not a formal survey or diagnosis.
Cancellation and remedies
The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights remain applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy describes use of customer and service information. Contact customer support for service questions, concerns or complaints. These terms do not remove access to legally available remedies.
