A remote review of up to three garden photos, with a short written set of suggested cleaning and light-care priorities for one property. Send photos to our customer-support email after purchase acceptance; no on-site visit is included.

One-off service. Multiple units do not automatically expand a single visit; combined scope is agreed separately.

Not included

On-site work, formal surveys, structural or plant-disease diagnosis, guaranteed results and a credit against future services.

Before your service

Take clear wide views and close-ups. Do not include people, documents or private information you do not want reviewed.

Aftercare & guidance

Treat recommendations as general guidance. A photo review cannot reveal every surface defect or site risk.

Scope & appointment guide

Measure the area or length before choosing your scope. Select the relevant surface / setting. If the work exceeds our largest option, contact us to agree a separate quote. A preferred date does not confirm a visit.

Cancellation & refunds

Before work starts, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Statutory rights also apply. Approved refunds are processed within 10 calendar days, subject to earlier applicable legal deadlines.
